My husband had the following experience: I brought in my new dream car, which I had owned for only five days, to have a front/rear dashcam hardwired for safety. I expected a straightforward installation, but the experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. After about 3.5 hours with no update, I called and was told to come in near closing. When I arrived, I was told my car would turn on but would not go into gear and the steering wheel would not turn. In the garage, I found multiple techs trying to diagnose the issue. One of the techs was sitting in my passenger seat using his thumb to draw designs in my new suede interior, while another was reading the owner’s manual trying to figure out what had gone wrong. A different tech, who had been working on another car nearby, overheard the situation and suggested that a fuse might be missing. The tech working on my car insisted that the fuses were correct, but the other tech came over, checked under the wheel, and fixed the issue within about three minutes by replacing the missing fuse. Pros: Flawless technical work, neat wiring, dedicated technicians. Cons: Expensive hourly rate ($150/hr), rude front-desk receptionist. The Review: I had Depot Auto install a comprehensive system using my own parts (Sub, amp, LOC, extra battery, isolator, and a Big Three upgrade kit). Harry’s initial quote for 15-20 hours of labor seemed high, and his demeanor was a bit blunt, but the sheer complexity of the work fully justified the time spent. The installation took three days, and the crew worked late hours to hit that deadline. The final product is beautifully done—all wires are completely hidden and everything is tied together perfectly. Special thanks to Kevin, an excellent and helpful technician who took the time to explain the setup (give that man a raise!). My only complaint is the receptionist. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unwelcoming to anyone walking through the door. Bottom line: Quality costs money. If you have the patience and the budget for premium work, you won't be disappointed by the technicians here.

I had Harry install and manage my rear dash cam wiring, but the job was poorly done. He used zip ties to attach the rear dash cam cable to the gromet where the wiring harness is located for my back lights. The cable was getting pinched when closing the hatch and under where he left the exess. He claimed it's fine for the wire to get wet--which is not correct. The work didn't meet my standards, and the job wasn't worth the $150.00 I paid. When I asked him to fix or undo it, I was told it would cost an additional $75 to undo the work and he told me my employees don't work for free which I found very disrespectful. At the end I had to go to another shop to get the dash cam wiring redone.

Absolutely amazing work and I cannot thank you guys enough!! I was unsure which system to get and how to go about fixing my radio that another shop wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for. Harry walked me through all my options and really went above and beyond. The whole team kept in contact with me throughout the whole install and when things didn’t go right they went the extra mile and upgraded my system without even telling me until the end! Kris did an amazing, amazing job, it sounds beautiful and everything looks incredibly clean. I know he worked overtime to get it all done by the time I was scheduled to pick it up, and he absolutely crushed it. Cannot recommend them enough!!
